I guess the US screening made very little money to bother with showing the second one here as well.

I'm guessing this means Viz has it, 'cus Warner does distribution for them.

population: It wasn't really supposed to make money theatrically as much as promote the film.

It's not even that good of a movie. Heck, I'd say it's mediocre. That killed any Second showing in America. I'm surprised it was #1 in Japan for a month. Actually, maybe that shouldn't be surprising.... Laughing

Well its hard to make a good movie thats based off an anime that is hardly any good itself.

With anime that only gets 1 season, Gantz, Claymore, Berserk, Hunter X Hunter, etc. It's hard to say the anime is bad because for the 1 season or 2, the anime is really good but unfortunately, it leaves alot out. Thus why continuing with the manga is very important and crucial to series like I mentioned before.

I have no desire to check this movie out, but if it's on Netflix or I can rent it from my local library, I may check it out.
