Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Mega Battle Side-Scrolling Game Revealed

Bandai Namco Entertainment America revealed its new Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Mega Battle side-scrolling game on Thursday with a trailer. The video shows the game's side-scrolling gameplay, and shows the Power Rangers using weapons and the Megazord.
Bamtang is developing the game, and the game is slated for release on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in January 2017.
The game will allow players to use a variety of close- and long-range attacks that they can connect into combos, and it will also feature the characters leveling up to unlock new abilities. Tommy Oliver is unlockable as both the Green and White Ranger, and the game will also feature Rocky, Aisha, Adam, and Kat as unlockable characters. Each episode of the game is based on an episode from the series.
