This means that, more or less, Sega owns Lupin. At least, that's the way I interpret it.

And of course, this may also mean more Sonic X. Whether that's a good thing is left to be debate, even though Episode 53 - 78 were pretty good.

I guess it was bound to happen. After all a lot of Sega's properties were handled by the studio...well Sonic X and Mushiking anyway. Plus Sega did fund some of TMS' works, including one of which was a collaboration between their Telecom subsidary amd Koko Enterprises (of Batman fame).

TMS was a Sega subsidary since before the the merger with Sammy. I don't see how any of this is new.
