Beyond the Tamako Market reference, Yuta and Toka also are in the same restaurant that serves as a locale in "The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya" (also directed by Ishihara) and the gathering in the fields is around the same area in "Clannad After Story" episode 18 (also directed by Ishihara).

Do you mean it's obvious they are connected? Or not connected? Love, Chunibyo, & Other Delusions is animated by Kyoto Animation, Tamako Market was created by Kyoto Animation. One is original and the other is an adaption. They may very well be connected, or have nothing to do with each other. Not sure what you where inferring here. But doesn't look like any question was answered. |

...not really? Blood-C is set in the same universe as xxxHolic despite being based on Blood: the Last Vampire, for example. |

Aren't all Kyoto Animation shows in the same universe?

Hmm. It's not hard to see Full Metal Panic as a massive outbreak of chuunibyou. |

Remember where Wagnaria restaurant from 'Working!' turned up in SAO movie? Both shows are from the same studio.
Or when shows use another show's poster for manga covers (in the show), again usually from the same studio. They do this stuff all the time. |
