Does the fact that a new OP hasn't been announced mean that the 2nd half of Fatima will be used for OP 2?

The Ikebukuro Sunshine Cinema is such a bad theater though! I know they always have anime films, but compared to Toho, Wald9, Picadilly, etc, it is by far the most dingy. Also the seats (in some theaters at least) are all around the same height, so sitting in the back row means you are looking at every person's head in front of you.
