Yet CR has not announced if will continue to broadcast PC outside Japan as it has with other Toei series(Digimon) and why the extra scene and handover were not on the last episode.

Toei shows are always announced at the last minute for Crunchyroll. Digimon Adventure: was literally announced the day before it aired. The new Precure will probably be announced sometime this week.
