Pretty much exactly the same trailer as the first one. Still am interested in this new re-incarnation.

I hadn't seen any Cyborg 009 before, but this has me interested. I'll have to look into it some more.

The diving-backwards-into-a-city-at-night shot is totally from Ghost In The Shell Smile

Sadly, it seems that here too there is still only one woman among the whole team Sad Smurfettes are so 1960s..

Thought the trailer looked familiar (it's been a few months since the first promo video came out). I'm still really looking forward to seeing this film. Kenji Kamiyama, Production I.G., Kenji Kawai all make for a great combination. I noticed the homage scenes to Ghost In The Shell too, and I still like the look of them. Wonder if this film will be doing the festival circuit?

Also of note from the English version of the web-site posted 2012-05-10:

Even more news! A manga version of 009 RE:CYBORG is in the works!

The manga's story will be written by Kenji Kamiyama and the manga will be illustrated by Gatou Asou, the character designer for the film. The manga will be serialized in Monthly BIG GANGAN Vol.6 which releases on the 25th May.

I need to know where I can get the theme song. I love it and must have it. What is it called?
