They sound gross, but they're actually really good (Me = someone who has tried all the flavors). The tomato and cheese version was good too, but that was limited edition.

Well, we know that Usagi isn't. Until she starts crying. But that was the old Usagi we love and remember. I'm dying at that image of them just sitting around and having chips. I hope they still have those chips when the older guardians show up. Can you picture Uranus, Neptune or Saturn sitting down and having some chips?

Heh, those are such Japanese flavors. Not a Nacho Cheese or Ranch flavor in sight. (Well, Garlic can sell here, as would Avocado Cream Cheese. But I've only really seen meat-based flavors for chips at Asian supermarkets.)

Yeah, I couldn't help but laugh looking at that image. But why isn't Tuxedo Mask there? I thought he'd enjoy these chips more than most of the girls.

You know what'd be even better? Having the villains too.

So this is what the Sailor Moon version of the Last Supper looks like? Five Scouts sitting at a table eating chips? Someone needs to extend that picture with the rest of them. Wink

You can buy avocado or guacamole flavored tortilla chips pretty much everywhere now in the US. As for meat flavored, Pringles makes a hamburger flavor and have done limited flavors like BBQ meats and bacon. But the king of meat flavored chips is Herr's with flavors like steak, baby back rib, and hot dog.

I think tortilla chips are pretty gross, but the endorsement of the Sailor Guardians makes them slightly more palatable.

It's weird living in California, the avocado center of the world, and not see any avocado/guacamole tortilla chips until a few years ago, but you're absolutely right. They've become rather common.

I've seen Pringles Hamburger; that was kind of short-lived around here. Bacon and Baked Potato (containing bacon) continues to exist around here.

Thanks for reminding me of them. I've only ever seen Herr's through the Food Network though. Must be a regional brand.

If you ever get the chance to try them Herr's Heinz Ketchup flavored chips are actually quite good. I thought they would be disgusting when I was first presented with them, but after I got over my initial reluctance and gave them a try I was pleasantly surprised.

I had the Bacon and Baked Potato chips about a week ago. I wasn't impressed at all.

I hope Doritos does this. I'd love to see how Serena (yes,I'm using the names from the original DIC/Cloverways dub) and the others in a Doritos commercial or ad. Besides,I think that now that Viz's version has been released upon America,it'll be interesting to see the reaction.
