Despite being a ok anime the cast really makes up for it. Makes it much more enjoyable.

Though I've never seen nor heard of the show, I just thing it's cool that Kira Vincent Davis is getting in more rolls. because there was that long period where she wasn't in anything. She's like one of my favorite adv actresses.

Mezzo DSA must have been a really solid seller for this crap to get a dub.

They improved it a lot from the TV version. Of course there's no fix for the writing, but the animation is quite good.

A very awesome cast, particularly with Kira Vincent-Davis being in it (It's been ages!)! I look forward to watching Wizard Barristers sometime. Smile

I see Sentai is still in compliance with the Brittney Karbowski Full Employment Act of 2008.

Still surprised to see this get a dub. I watched it all, and it had some decent moments, but it wasn't a show that I'd have said it was worthy of extra $ to produce a dub for.

Shows that my tastes obviously don't align with those spending the money.

I've not read any reviews for this series, so I hope to see what an ANN staffer thinks of this series when the dub is released.

What's the point of announcing the dub cast when the dubbed DVD/BD is already out (mine shipped days ago)? Can't people just read the credits?

Huh? Nichijou has no western release...as in English? Sure, it doesn't have a dub that I'm aware of, but I do know it was released in Australia.

I remember the show was airing on TV over here, some time last year.

And the manga was licensed by Vertical, should be coming out this year.

that's a complete understatement.

after ADV went under, no one have heard from her since then and the last performance she did was nyuu/lucy from elfen lied. that was until she got the role for prisma illya's kuro which is surprising to say the least since it doesn't sound like her at all.

regardless this is actually a decent series, and this is coming from the same guy that brought the two most infamous hentai series in otaku history. Kite & Mezzo Forte. Definitely a sign of the times.

Always liked Umetsu's designs, but I found this show to be...well not very good. I also thought with the reputation it had for its animation defects that people wouldn't be that interested. Even if they fixed its visual issues for home video release I thought people would stay away. So, I'm pretty surprised that its getting a dub.

don't get me wrong. I'm not knocking on his designs. its that after the tamed down sequels ( Kite Liberator & Mezzo DSA) of the two series that made him both famous AND infamous, you would think this series would be plastered with fanservice and both the violent and sensual kind. was definitely surprised this series didn't have any of the sorts. or at least near the edited versions of kite and mezzo forte. its as I said. a definite sign of the times.
