Trivia:

Perhaps as a compliment to its 1960's British vibe, L/R is brimming with Beatles references. Here are some of the more obvious ones...*Jack Hoffner and Rowe Richenbaucher, the two leads, are named after Paul McCartney's Hoffner bass and John Lennon's Richenbaucher guitar, respectivly. *The leader of Cloud Seven is named Mr. Penny-Lane. *The title of the series is inspired by the "Lennon/McCartney" credit that appears on several Beatles songs-the idea is to emphasize how Rowe and Jack, like John and Paul, compliment each other. *Perhaps most importantly, Billy Preston, AKA "The Fifth Beatle," sings the opening theme song.

The character Des/Dez, who provides Jack and Rowe with all manner of gizmos and gadgets is likely named after Desmond Llewelyn, the actor who played Q in all the James Bond movies until his death in 1999. Q preformed the same function for Bond that Des preforms in L/R.

Right after "assasinating" Noelle Ardelade at her coronation, Rowe reveals himself to the public and paraphrases a quote that John Lennon himself used at a Beatles perfomance at the Royal Variety Performance in London on the 4th November 1963, which was attended by members of the british royal family including Queen Elizabeth II, the Queen Mother, and Princess Margaret. The part of the quote Rowe used was "The people in the cheaper seats clap your hands. And the rest of you, just rattle your jewelry."
