In OVA 2, during the fight between the Sayoarans, one of the two summons the sword used by Li (Sayaoran) from Card Captors.
This direct manga adaptation fits chronologically right after anime's episode 42, discarding events from episodes 43-52. You can notice this in the first dialog between the characters at the first OVA and by the clothes that they are wearing.
In OVA 2, during the fight between the Sayoarans, one of the two casts the spell "Raitei Shourai", that is a more powerful version of the one casted by Li (Sayaoran) from Card Captors.
in the opening of tokyo revelation you can see a pattern similar to syaoran's compass in CCS that he always use to locate clow cards
In Episode 3, the little girl that helped out Sakura near the end was in fact Sakura from Cardcaptor Sakura!
