"Shangri-La Shower" previewed in play video

Voice actresses Emi Nitta (Honoka) and Yoshino Nanjō (Eli) announced at a livestream event on niconico: Ginza that the Love Live! School Idol Paradise PlayStation Vita game will get a new song titled "Shangri-La Shower." The announcement was followed by a video of the in-story idol group, μ's, performing the song in the game.

The game is slated to ship in Japan on August 28 after several delays. The limited first edition of the three volumes — Printemps, Bibi, lily white — will each cost 9,980 yen (about US$100). Each will come with a different three-figure Nendoroid Petit set. The regular editions of the "live concert creation games" will cost 6,480 yen (US$65).

Dingo, the developer of the Hatsune Miku Project Diva and Photo Kano games, is making these games tied to the idol mixed-media project, which also includes a television anime.

Game developer KLab and Bushiroad's Bushimo label released the Love Live! School Idol Festival iOS rhythm game last April and English version is slated for spring.

In 2010, the anime studio Sunrise, Lantis, and ASCII Media Works' Dengeki G Magazine launched Love Live! as a self-described "ultimate user-participation project" which lets its fans vote on the future of the fictional idols. A series of music CDs and animated music videos then followed.

The second anime series adaptation premiered in Japan on April 7. The media service Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it aired in Japan and NIS America has licensed the series for North American release.
