Hideo Kojima directed, edited new trailer presented in English & Japanese

Konami began streaming the new trailer, in long and short versions, for its Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain game at E3 2015 on Monday. Series creator Hideo Kojima personally directed and edited it:

The same trailer also debuted in Japanese:

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is slated to ship for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One in the United States and Europe in September 1, followed by Japan on September 2.

Metal Gear Solid V consists of two separate games: Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes provides the backstory behind the events in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes already debuted on consoles in North America, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Europe last year. Both games are also being released for PC via Steam, with The Phantom Pain slated for September 15.

Kojima stated that he will consider the game as the last Metal Gear Solid title.

Kiefer Sutherland plays the role of Snake in these new games produced and directed by Kojima, although Akio Ohtsuka reprises the role from the Japanese versions of the previous games. Yoji Shinkawa serves as character and mechanical designer, Hideki Sasaki as CG art director, Junji Tago as technical director, and Masayuki Suzuki as lighting artist.

A 1/1 scale bionic arm will ship with the premium editions of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, along with an art book, field map, bonus Blu-ray disc, special case, and DLC content. Japan will also receive a limited-edition PlayStation 4 console bundled with the game.
