Puzzle & Dragons Gets New 3DS Game With Manga Adaptation

This year's December issue of Shogakukan's Coro Coro Comics magazine will announce on Sunday that a new Puzzle and Dragons game, titled Puzzle and Dragons X ("Pazudora Cross"), for Nintendo 3DS is slated for 2016. The magazine revealed the design for the main character, Ace.
The magazine also announced that the game will get a manga adaptation by Momota Inoue (Puzzle and Dragons Z) starting next spring.
Gung Ho Online Entertainment released the original Puzzle and Dragons game for mobile devices in Japan in February 2012. The game franchise series previously spawned the Puzzle and Dragons Z and Puzzle and Dragons: Super Mario Brothers Edition games for Nintendo 3DS. Nintendo released both games in the west as a bundle in May.
The magazine revealed that the game series has more than 50 million players.
