Bokosuka Girls Tatsunoko Gakuen Climax Game Halts Development

Developer V3 announced on Tuesday that it has temporarily halted development on its Bokosuka Girls Tatsunoko Gakuen Climax (Bokosuka Girls Tatsunoko Academy Climax) PlayStation Vita game.
The announcement noted that development had been ongoing for the title since its announcement, but the company has decided to halt development due to "the recent state of consumer game development," and the "company's future course." The announcement further noted that the game may appear again in a different form sometime in the future.
V3 announced the game in 2014, and it was originally slated for 2015. The game featured a cast of girls who were able to transform into the forms of various Tatsunoko anime characters, such as Yatterman's Ai/Yatterman-2, Gatchaman's Jun the Swan, and Golden Warrior Gold Lightan's title character.
