Persona 3, Persona 5 Dancing Games' Launch Trailers Streamed

Games launched for PS4, PS Vita in West on Tuesday

Atlus USA began streaming launch trailers for the Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight and Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight on Tuesday.

Atlus USA released the games for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in North America and Europe on Tuesday, moved up from a previously announced 2019 release window. The games are available separately and as a "Persona Dancing: Endless Night Collection" that is available as a hardcover book package or as a digital download.

Those who preordered Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight receive playable Shinjiro Aragaki and the boss theme "Battle Hymn of the Soul," while those who preordered Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight receive Goro Akechi and the Persona awakening theme "Will Power." Both DLC are usable in both games.

The company noted that the digital-only PlayStation Vita version had no preorder period — in this case, the DLC are available for free for two weeks after the game's launch.

The releases feature all of the songs from the Japanese versions. The Western versions include a full English dub, dual audio options, and English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish subtitles.

Both games launched on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in Japan on May 24.

The Persona 4: Dancing All Night game shipped in Japan in June 2015. Atlus USA released the PlayStation Vita game in North America in September 2015 and NIS America released the game in Europe in November 2015. In the game, Persona 4 characters engage in a "dance battle" with the Shadows in the mysterious world of "Mayonaka Stage."
