Studio Canal has now confirmed that its anniversary edition of Hayao Miyazaki's Howl's Moving Castle has been moved back to December 21

On Monday December 14, Anime Limited will release Masaaki Yuasa's film Ride Your Wave as a Collector's Blu-ray/DVD. The film is also available as a standard Blu-ray and DVD. The Collector's edition will include seven decal stickers and a 24-page booklet.

Anime Limited described the story: "Hinako is a surf-loving college student who has just moved to a small seaside town. When a fire breaks out at her apartment building, she is rescued by Minato, a handsome firefighter, and the two soon fall in love."

Masaaki Yuasa directed the film at his Science SARU studio. Reiko Yoshida (Lu over the wall, A Silent Voice, Liz and the Blue Bird) wrote the film's script, and Michiru Oshima (Patema Inverted, The Night is Short Walk On, Girl) composed the music. The film won the Best Animation Film award at the Shanghai International Film Festival's Golden Goblet Awards on June 23, and it also won the "Axis: The Satoshi Kon Award for Excellence in Animation" award for Best Animated Feature in Montreal's Fantasia International Film Festival in July 2019.

Anime Limited will release the first volume of the 1999 TV mecha series Turn A Gundam as a Collectors Blu-ray, carrying the opening 25 episodes. Anime Limited describes the story:

"A separate race of humanity has lived on the moon for 2000 years. Now seeking to return to their original home, the Moonrace send three teenagers, Loran, Keith, and Fran, down to Earth on a reconnaissance mission to test the viability of its environment. After spending a year on Earth, Loran has become good friends with Sochie and Kihel, daughters of the prestigious Heim family, and he looks forward to fully integrating into Earth society. But before Loran gets the chance to make his report, the Moonrace launch a surprise attack."

Directed by Gundam's original creator Yoshiyuki Tomino, this was the Gundam franchise's "Big Bang" 20th Anniversary work, and the last Gundam series to use traditional cel animation.

MVM will release a Blu-ray edition of the series Mysteria Friends. Also known as Manaria Friends, the anime will tell an original story and centres on the characters Anne and Grea from the "Manaria Mahō Gakuin" (Mysteria Academy in the English version) event in Cygames' Rage of Bahamut social game. In the game, Mysteria Academy is a prestigious magic school that teaches magic without discrimination to the three factions (men, gods, demons), who usually are engaged in battle with each other.

Manga will release a Blu-ray edition of the second season of Dragon Ball Z, carrying episodes 40 to 74.
