Muse Asia announced on its Instagram page on Saturday that it will stream Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear Punch!, the second anime season based on Kumanano and 029's Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear light novels, in India on April 3. The YouTube channel will stream an episode of the anime season every Monday at 7:30 p.m. IST.

The channel will also stream the anime in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Pakistan.

Muse Asia describes the anime:

Through an unexpected turn of events, Yuna, a shut-in gamer, is sent into another world by the hand of a self-proclaimed goddess.
Through the all-powerful bear gear she was gifted with, she has gained Super Bear Powers and Super Bear Magic. Not only that, thanks to her present-day knowledge, a dependable partner in Fina, and a strong bear mantle that could withstand all the whole other world shenanigans, she has completely grown used to this new world. In this world, Yuna plays with her friends, makes and eats delicious foods, lazes around, goes on an adventure every now and then, and lives free from day to day.
However, she does more than just relaxing and having fun.
When friends are in danger, monster attacks, bad guys scheming things, and many other kinds of troubles happen, Yuna will not leave things by.

The anime will premiere on the AT-X, Tokyo MX, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, and BS11 channels on April 3. The season will premiere first on AT-X at 10:00 p.m.

Yuu Nobuta (High School Fleet, A Good Librarian Like a Good Shepherd) is returning to direct the anime at EMT Squared. Hisashi Ishii is again the series director. Takashi Aoshima (Himouto! Umaruchan, Yuruyuri - Happy Go Lily) is again in charge of the series scripts, and Yūki Nakano (A Destructive God Sits Next to Me) is again designing the characters and serving as chief animation director. Shigeo Komori is also returning to compose the music.

Azumi Waki performs the opening theme song "Kimi to no Mirai." Waki voices Fina in the anime, and performed the first season's opening theme. Maki Kawase performs the ending theme song "Zutto." Kawase voices Yuna in the anime and performed the first season's ending theme.

The first season premiered in October 2020, and aired for 12 episodes. Muse Asia streamed the anime in India as it aired in Japan.

Seven Seas Entertainment is publishing the novels in English.

Kumanano began serializing the ongoing story on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō (Let's Become Novelists) website in 2014. Shufu to Seikatsu Sha began publishing the story in print with art by 029 in May 2015. Sergei launched a manga adaptation on Shufu to Seikatsu Sha's Comic PASH! manga website in 2014.
