Created in August 2022, Microids Records is a label dedicated to soundtracks from the Microids game catalog and other publishers. Their catalog consists of music from video games, anime, film and tv show soundtracks. On February 14th, 2024, Microids will bring the long awaited vinyl releases of the Dragon Ball Z and Saint Seiya Original Soundtracks for the first time ever outside of Japan.

Dragon Ball Z: Best Collection

Microids Records is thrilled to announce the release of the iconic original soundtrack for Dragon Ball Z by composers Chiho Kiyooka, Takeshi Ike, and Keiju Ishikawa. Their joint work helped create an epic and dynamic soundtrack, mimicking perfectly the action and intensity of the battles in the Dragon Ball Z universe. Their compositions gave birth to unforgettable themes such as "Cha-La Head-Cha-La" and "We Gotta Power", which became international hits and contributed to the franchise's immense popularity.

Dragon Ball Z is a hit Japanese anime series created by Akira Toriyama in 1989. It follows the adventures of Goku and his friends, fighting alien enemies to protect Earth. The series has become a global phenomenon, generating massive merchandise sales and being considered one of the most influential anime franchises of all time.

Saint Seiya (Music Collection Vol. 1)

Saint Seiya, also known as Knights of the Zodiac, is a Japanese animated series created by Masami Kurumada in 1986. It tells the story of the Bronze Knights who fight to protect the goddess Athena. The series was hugely successful and spawned an extensive franchise, including television series, films and video games.

Seiji Yokoyama was a Japanese composer known for his music in the animated series Saint Seiya (Knights of the Zodiac). His music, characterized by epic and orchestral compositions, contributed to the heroic atmosphere of the series. His work has been widely appreciated by Saint Seiya fans.
