NIS games are always playstation exclusive from what i noticed

i'm guessing since xbox didn't do so well in japan so there's no point ?

when will JRPGs move away from the usual teenagers as main characters trend ?

This is not an NIS game, it's by Gust, which is part of Koei Tecmo. For some years, NISA localized Gust's games, but that is over.

Yes, they are unlikely to port the game outside of Sony hardware, but in the past they did port/remake Atelier Rorona for the Nintendo 3DS, and Atelier Lise, Atelier Annie, and Atelier Lina were all Nintendo DS games.

i guess xbox didn't do so well in japan so they didn't really bother

I played a few Gust games.. back then the publisher was NIS

Koei and Tecmo were two separate companies at the time

they bought out other rpg publishers?

i didn't even know that they publish rpgs

to me..

Koei-- dynasty warriors and its clones
Tecmo- ninja gaiden and dead or alive
