mp4 320x240 (black padding at the bottom for the subs), ~100megs, h264 and AAC.

Quality's not too bad, it's certainly a step in the right direction

Oh god, Blassreiter was terrible. Gonzo overdid the CG animation to the point of nausea and on top of that, it was already looking retarded. Dropped within 6-8 minutes of watching. Please, stay away from that title unless you really like CG animation that dates from 1998.

Druaga was also terriable. Excessive use of parody's, quotes only kids would use and lack of focus of the general plot. This series has limited consistancy, one minute we see a character fighting a knight, next he is in his "final" fightiing form.

Truthfully, I don't recomend anyone watch this series, unless you want to see a show with more parodies than Hayate The New combaat butler.

I liked both titles.

The CG animation wasn't bad in Blassreiter. I've seen worse in a certain recent theatrical release. You have to be used to CG animation to watch this program.

The parody in Druaga was fun, especially when the Star Wars line got slipped in. The tentacle scene was a riot.

I am use to CG and I liked Appleseed's CG because it was somewhat better done. Gonzo just says "lol we don't care, we'll continue to use terrible CG from 10 years ago" It was just awful. I'm sure a big part of anime is the animation, not this crap. Congrats Gonzo, on still being the worst studio. What was your last real good show, Last Exile from years ago?

If they wanted this digital distribution to take off, they should have picked better shows.

I'd say Seto no Hanayome for last good show.

I thought SnH wasn't a full on Gonzo show but more of a collaboration with AIC. Which is why we didn't see any CG anything. I don't know why Gonzo keeps insisting on it as if they're suddenly going to make a good show with it. It must be because it's cheaper.

You do have a point, I am surprized Gonzo would use outdated CG though. Then again they did a terriable job on Druaga, so at this point I'd belive this. Though Gonzo isn't the worst studio, 4kids is by far. As for my personal option of Gonzo last great show, I'd say Vandread or the first season of Full Metal Panic.

I recently went to Crunchyroll and found that Shinji was "forced" to remove Druaga. Despite how nice Shinji is, he beat around the bush and didn't explain why he had to remove this series. Though my guess is politics, money and copy right issues. Although Shinji never mentioned this, I belive Blassreite will be removed as well.

Druga was horrible, but Blast Rider (Blassreite) was awesome! I have the MP4s from BOST, but Crunchyroll is offering better quality downloads - I think I am going to keep the downloads from Crunchy when I can get them (they are having some technical issues with the downloads over there)

I thought Hellsing Utimate was really good (I think there's CG in it but I'm not 100% sure). Anyways I only watched Druaga and din't really like it. It was okay but not good enough for me to continue watchign it on YouTube even thoguh I do have an account on BOSTtv. Last time I tried to load fee stuff on BOST it didn't load properly so I stopped using it. Granted that was back when it just started... IMHO I.G does the best CG because I know it's there but it's not screaming out CG.

Hellsing Ultimate is in no way related to Gonzo, which explains why it's good compared to the series.

I thought Druaga was quite amusing...Blassreiter on the other hand was pretty abysmal (and the animation/CG wasn't the worst of it as I found that at least tolerable). I'll still give Blassreiter a couple of more episodes before I decide it's completely worthless. Druaga on the other hand was good enough I'll be looking forward to the next one Very Happy
