Is there any new on this game coming state side? I am a huge fan of the megaman zero games, even though my younger self should never finish them.

Yea the video said this summer. I'm very excited because so far the artwork and the enemy selection is very interesting. I also like how the bosses are very unique with powers and methods of attacking, i find many action games have lost the luster of giving you the satisfaction of figuring out a boss' pattern.

Well the video is subtitled for one, and there's also the ESRB listed in the description.
