I am not a fan of sherlock myself but it should make the fans pretty happy because if that is a sample of the artwork it is really dead on.

It's not just the Brits doing this. There's a similar show called "Elementary" which has Sherlock Holmes in modern day New York. And it's very different from the BBC version. I've often hoped that Benedict Cumberbatch would make an appearance on that show. I don't know if "Elementary" has reached Japan yet. I hope it does. I'd love to see how the Japanese feel about this.

I remember seeing a fan of Sherlock buying the manga version from Kinokuniya SF book store even though she doesn't know Japanese.
